The Whiner have it all
For the past 3 days, my friends and I get to read a telenovela online. Mind you, it's not the typical soap opera you watch in the TV. With the power of blogging, online users realized that they have the voice to air their feelings out. Through the pages of blogs, online users could keep their identity secrets and still let other people know how delighted or how hurt they are.
Ah, blogging is powerful! See, this page is made from the idea of simple blogging. Recently, a blog that talks about the company I work for circulates the pages of the web news. One of these blogs actually made a post about the recent transition occurred in this privately-owned company.
As you all know, most of the blogs and online news these days give chances to the readers to post their reactions or ideas about the topic being discussed.
Going back to the site that I'm talking about, ironically, what's inside those comment fields are disturbing. Yes, there are things that you may dislike in a company as an employee--you disagree with the system, you want a salary increase, you want more benefit, you are against your leaders, you are against those people who aren't your friends, you want to change the process and so much more. Those are given already. But to read disturbing criticisms that malign another person below the belt, more so, of a leader's personality, that's another story.
The freedom to speak?
Good for us who live in a democratic country. No one suppresses our chance to be heard, to spoke about our thoughts and feelings. Good for us who have the access to the Internet and post our thoughts online through the pages of blogs.
On one hand, is it good to know that you back- stub the other person and flee from your social responsibility to be a citizen for others? And you think you could get away with your own disturbia out of the the so-called "freedom of expression?"
Sighing and sighing...Those professional bloggers know by heart the difference between trashy talks and appropriate discussion. It's that simple. You can't just whine your heart out without offering a resolution, do you? Or you complain about the inappropriate leadership yet you do not have the itemized suggestions or resolutions for the best?
Think over, get over those whines. Blogging is here to promote and sustain valuable ideas. Remember this: all the words you enter in the pages of the web are yours and these words represent you, no one else. Careful not to even write malicious words. Yes, you can hide your name with the use of jumbled letters. But maybe you're hiding from the public because you have nothing worthwhile to say about.
Ever think of that lately?
There are 101 reasons you can utter according to how you understand the situation. For me, I myself sometimes too tired to sustain my inquisitive mind about some other peoples' reasons. Maybe because I can't be a person who destroys another's reputation. Or the bashful blogger who want to be selfish and criticize the other seriously and opt to hide myself using the user name and password for the site. Or maybe because I think that maligning other person's reputation is for me a gibberish practice.
That's what I believe this is all about.
I don't know. What I know however is that someday, whiners would end up owning nothing but shame and guilt. The whiner indeed swallowed all the negative powers and are caged in their own selfish souls. Forever? Maybe. Funny because most of the times, whiners aren't even aware of the real issues before they speak their heart out. When they properly understand the issue, I bet they wouldn't whine at all but for sure there'd be good ideas and suggestions from them. Besides, whining destroys good ideas, destroys optimism, destroys good reputation and destroys you, personally. So why would I destroy myself in the first place?
A piece of advice though: why not climb the high mountain of Everest and yank the whole wide world of your desperation? Maybe you'll get over all of the issues you have in your life.

Bravo Mina!!! You said it perfectly. You took the words out of my mouth. I hope those whiners you are referring to would stop throwing their nasty comments about other people and the current situation. I hope they would still realize the possible consequence of their action even if it's a bit late.
Thanks for posting your thoughts on this article AidiSan. There are definitely so many of those kinds.Hope we won't be making the same mistake as they do.
